The portal uses bounded event data to understand whether pages help applicants find and open relevant roles.
Essential product analytics
We may store a landing path, role or city slug, job ID, referrer domain, bounded campaign labels and result count in our own database. These events contain no email address, raw IP address, cookie, persistent visitor identifier or sensitive query string.
PostHog analytics
On public pages, PostHog receives anonymous product events and a masked session reconstruction so we can find confusing experiences. We also collect click positions, mouse movement and scroll depth to understand which parts of public pages are useful. Form inputs are masked, Do Not Track is respected, recordings are disabled on administrative routes, and analytics are not connected to subscriber email addresses.
Calculator privacy
Work history entries and calculated results stay in your browser. We count successful calculations and summary copies through PostHog, with example runs identified separately. These events contain no company names, employment dates, result values or clipboard text.
Error monitoring
Sentry receives technical error reports, sampled performance timings, error counters and limited navigation/request context to help us fix broken or slow pages. Reports exclude request bodies, cookies, subscriber identities, URL query values, form content and database statements. Eligible public-page errors may link to their masked PostHog recording through an anonymous session link; subscriber email addresses are not attached. Sentry session replay is disabled to avoid duplicate recording. Browser monitoring respects Do Not Track.
Job alerts
Email addresses are used only to operate requested alerts. Confirmation and unsubscribe controls are provided.
