Measure usefulness, not people.
The portal uses bounded event data to understand whether pages help applicants find and open relevant roles.
Essential product analytics
We may store a landing path, role or city slug, job ID, referrer domain, bounded campaign labels and result count in our own database. These events contain no email address, raw IP address, cookie, persistent visitor identifier or sensitive query string.
Optional PostHog analytics
If you select “Allow analytics,” PostHog receives anonymous product events and a sampled session reconstruction. Form inputs are masked, recordings are disabled on administrative routes, and we do not create person profiles or connect analytics to subscriber email addresses. Selecting “Not now” prevents PostHog from loading.
Job alerts
Email addresses are used only to operate requested alerts. Confirmation and unsubscribe controls are provided.
