Job Title: Zoho Analytics Professional - Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Zoho Analytics Professional to design and implement robust reporting and data visualization solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard creation. The primary mission is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Deliverables Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and insightful reports using Zoho Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to consolidate data from multiple sources into Zoho Analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions that meet their needs, on a monthly or quarterly basis. Automate report generation and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of critical business information. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation. Proven ability to write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis. Experience integrating Zoho Analytics with SAP ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions. Experience in creating data dictionaries and maintaining data governance standards. Skills Must-Have Skills Technical: Zoho Analytics (proficient in dashboard creation, report generation, and data blending), SQL (advanced querying and data manipulation), ETL processes. Domain Knowledge: Data visualization principles, reporting methodologies, and KPI tracking. Behavioral & Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strong stakeholder management. Process & SOP: Experience in documenting data flows, reporting processes, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights. Good-to-Have Skills Advanced Technical: Experience with advanced features of Zoho Analytics such as custom functions and API integrations. Additional Certifications: Zoho Analytics certification, Data Analytics certifications. Cross-Functional Exposure: Experience working with sales, marketing, and finance teams to define reporting requirements. Leadership Traits: Mentoring junior analysts, leading training sessions on Zoho Analytics best practices. Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization. Additional Information Standard 3-month probation period. Onsite role located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Standard working hours with potential for flexible scheduling based on project needs.
