Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly analytical and impact‑driven Strategy Consultant with experience in data‑backed problem solving. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, data transformation, EDA, hypothesis generation, and converting complex datasets into actionable insights. • Data‑Driven Problem Solving: • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and drivers of business performance. • Generate hypotheses, validate them with data, and translate findings into business insights. • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling. • Strategic Research & Insight Generation: • Analyze markets, competition, internal performance, and customer behaviors to inform strategy. • Build and maintain frameworks that translate complex business questions into structured problem statements. • Strategy Development & Recommendations: • Develop strategic options and assess tradeoffs based on data, feasibility, and business priorities. • Create clear, compelling storyboards, reports, and recommendations for leadership. • Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives across functions. • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: • Partner with product, operations, finance, analytics, and other teams to gather inputs and validate insights. • Facilitate discussions, alignment workshops, and strategic planning sessions. • Execution Support: • Track and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives. • Monitor KPIs and business metrics to measure impact and refine strategies. • Communication & Stakeholder Management: • Present findings to senior leaders in a structured, concise manner. • Build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders across levels. Preferred Qualifications: • 2–4 years consulting/analytics/strategy experience. • Strong data analysis, EDA, and hypothesis‑driven problem solving. • Experience with Excel/SQL/Python/R (preferred). • Strong communication and storytelling skills. • Business acumen and comfort with ambiguity. • Exposure to financial modeling, BI tools, and cross‑functional projects
