Staff Engineer - Platform (Database & Data Infrastructure)

HighLevel is hiring a remote Staff Engineer for Database and Data Infrastructure in India. This senior individual-contributor role defines database architecture and infrastructure direction across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities include database strategy, modeling and sharding standards, replication, migrations, multi-region systems, observability, disaster recovery and infrastructure cost optimization. The engineer also mentors colleagues and leads cross-team architecture decisions.
