Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML

Leads or executes on customer delivery: Platform setup, Data Fabric / contextualization, Data analysis, AI/ML model training & deployment, Copilot setup, AI Agent deployment. Blended domainexpertisepreferred (domain + AI). Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end customer delivery engagements. Set up and configure AI, data, and cloud platforms. Design and implement Data Fabric solutions and data contextualization frameworks. Perform data analysis and derive actionable business insights. Develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models. Configure and deploy Microsoft Copilot solutions. Design, implement, and manage AI Agents for business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Ensure successful project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams. Support solution architecture, testing, deployment, and post-production activities. Required Skills: Experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and Data Fabric concepts. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI Agent implementations. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to bridge business requirements with AI and technology solutions. Experience in data engineering, data governance, and analytics preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in AI transformation programs and enterprise-scale deployments. Domain expertise in industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. Relevant Microsoft Azure AI, Data, or Copilot certifications preferred.
