Product Analyst II

HackerRank is hiring a Product Analyst II for hybrid work in Bangalore, India. The role owns analytics across product, platform, developer, content, AI or growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include defining adoption and retention metrics, analyzing customer journeys, finding friction in product use, planning experiments and recommending product improvements. The analyst works with Product, Engineering, Content, Design and business teams, and evaluates AI-assisted experiences and their usage, outcomes and costs.

Applicants need three to six years of relevant full-time analytics or data science experience, advanced SQL, Python and experience with event or clickstream data. Statistics, hypothesis testing, experimentation, funnel and cohort analysis are expected. LLM evaluation, instrumentation and developer-platform experience are useful.
