Engineering Manager, Data & Analytics

Lead PubMatic's data and analytics engineering team in Pune. Own the architecture and operation of streaming and batch systems supporting reporting, audiences, advertising and machine-learning feedback. Scale Kafka and Spark workloads, improve reliability and data quality, and guide platform modernization across Snowflake, HDFS and object storage. Requires at least ten years of engineering experience, substantial team leadership, distributed-data expertise and an engineering degree in CS/IT or equivalent. The role follows a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.
