Deputy General Manager- Product Analyst Lead

Paytm is hiring an onsite Deputy General Manager – Product Analyst Lead in Noida for its UPI analytics team. The role leads analysts and owns measurement across payment funnels, customer growth and platform reliability. Responsibilities include metric design, cohort analysis, failure investigation, dashboard development and statistically sound A/B testing. Candidates need 7–9 years of analytics or data experience with consumer products or fintech, strong SQL, product analytics tooling and working knowledge of Python or R. Experience managing or mentoring analysts and presenting recommendations to leadership is required. Payments or UPI experience is preferred; regulatory reporting, transaction data and fraud analytics are additional advantages.
