Associate Data Scientist – Modeling, Analytics & Pipelines

Aera Technology is hiring an Associate Data Scientist for modeling, analytics and pipelines in Pune, India. The role works with product and domain experts to turn business problems into practical analysis and models.

Responsibilities include exploratory analysis, data-quality checks, feature engineering, comparing statistical and machine-learning approaches, and building reproducible Python pipelines for training, evaluation and inference. The scientist partners with engineers to deploy and monitor models on Aera's platform.

Applicants need a relevant quantitative bachelor's or master's degree and 1–3 years of experience, or equivalent strong project or internship work. Python, pandas, NumPy, SQL, statistical analysis and reusable, tested code are expected. Cloud platforms, Spark, production ML and supply-chain knowledge are useful additions.
