JD for AM/DM-Factory Automation, Fool proofing and AI Location - Manesar Experience – 2 - 13 Years Education - Diploma / B.Tech Designation – AM Job Responsibilities • In-house defect analysis and implementation of corrective measures thru technology and AI. • Market defect analysis, along with countermeasure implementation. • Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO and company standards). • Maintain quality records and reports. • Perform audit checks (process audits and product audits). • Handle digitalization projects and implement AI-based inspection systems. • Develop paperless reporting systems through digitalization. Technical/ Functional: • Digitalization Implementation • AI-Based Inspection Systems • Data Analysis & Reporting Tools • Paperless Systems Development • Basic Knowledge of Power BI / Python (if applicable) Behavioural: • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. • Ability to lead teams and drive quality initiatives. • Decision-making under pressure.
